Mobility work can actively strengthen and stabilize weak tissue while improving flexibility through a full range of motion. We will be going through controlled articular rotations (CARS), isometric work, and weighted movements to increase range of motion and flexibility.

Class will be held in the back yoga room. Bring a mat. All other props will be provided.
