Hi, I’m Danielle.
I started my journey as a personal trainer in 2005 after getting a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of clients meet their personal fitness and wellness goals through the use of motivation, accountability, and individual instruction.
I specialize in corrective exercise, golf, and sport-specific cross-training for all ages.
In 2019 I received my NASM certification in Corrective Exercise. In 2021 I received my FMS Levels 1 and 2 certifications. These certifications have enabled me to help people who have pre-existing movement challenges and muscle imbalances in the shoulder, hip, knee, and lower back.
Further training at the Titleist Lab in Carlsbad, CA. gave me the knowledge I needed to understand the demands that golf has on the body and the ability to give golfers individual sport-specific fitness training.
In 2024 I received a certification in Function Range Conditioning. With this certification, I am an expert in helping identify and improve your mobility challenges.
Along with personal training, I am passionate about marathon and trail running, rock climbing, and hiking. My passions have helped fuel my knowledge in sport-specific and cross-training exercises, helping my clients live fulfilling lives in and outside of the gym.
